Frederick W. Riley is a partner in the firm.  Mr. Riley concentrates his practice in general litigation, including representation of individual and corporate clients before state and federal grand juries, district and superior court criminal litigation, civil litigation and administrative hearings.  Mr. Riley also represents clients in various probate court matters as well.

Mr. Riley formerly was the chief of the Criminal Bureau under Attorney General Francis X. Bellotti, an assistant district attorney for Suffolk County (Boston) and a Special Assistant United States Attorney.  He also served as a Commissioner on the Massachusetts Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission.
